Deliveries are received 5:00-9:00 AM. After 11:00 AM is refused without GM approval.
Every refrigerated and frozen load is temped at the door before signature.
Short or damaged product is noted on the invoice at receipt.
Credits are not issued retroactively without a receipt-time note.
