Before your first visit

1. Certificate of insurance	Current COI on file, naming the store entity	On file
2. Trade licensing	Refrigeration, electrical, and hood-suppression only	Verified
3. Background attestation	Signed by the contracting firm, not the individual	Pending
4. Badging	Issued after steps 1-3 clear	Blocked on step 3

On-site rules

Non-emergency work windows are 6:00-10:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
Sign in at the back-of-house tablet on arrival and out on departure.
You are escorted in any area where open food is present.
Refrigeration and hood-suppression work needs a manager present throughout.

What your access covers

Trade partners are scoped to five tools. Payroll, scheduling, and the ops dashboard are employee-only.
